ACS Finland acted as the exclusive advisor to ProLift Finland Oy on the sale of their Finish operations to Swedish truck body manufacturer Joab.
Joab customers include private and local authority-owned recycling contractors, haulage companies, truck manufacturers, truck dealerships and other body manufacturers.
The turnover for JOAB Group is just over EUR 80 million. Around 40% of the turnover are exports, mainly to the Nordic countries but also to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Baltic countries and Middle East.
