AMA international has advised the insurance technology solutions provider Charles Taylor on the acquisition of the engineering and architectural firm Solutions Before Solutions After (SBSA).
SBSA specializes in a range of products, including architectural, civil and structural engineering, construction management, building envelope repair, performance testing, forensic analysis and litigation support.
The company works primarily with clients in the construction, legal and insurance sectors, and specializes in forensic engineering, construction management and new design and redesign of real estate.
